Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work.

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and we try to be as flexible as possible. Life happens, and we want to make rescheduling as easy as we can.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply call us at (720) 575-8432 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We will happily find a new time that works for you at no charge.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This includes situations where our technician arrives at your home and is unable to gain access (no-shows).

Why We Have This Policy

This policy helps us compensate our technicians for reserved time slots and allows us to offer that opening to another customer who may need urgent service. When a technician is dispatched to an appointment, that time is dedicated to you, and a late cancellation means we are often unable to fill that slot for someone else who needs help.

Something Come Up?

If something comes up, just call us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule at no charge when given advance notice. We would much rather work with you to find a better time than have you miss your appointment.
